NK’s Vision ‘n’ Mission, as the name suggests, was born out of a dream of Mr. Neeraj Kumar, Founder & Principal Trainer. He had the vision of empowering each and every individual on this planet earth with the innate potential that everyone possesses. He realized that although everyone has infinite potential within but there is lack of awareness of this power and just because of this ignorance, we spend our lives aimlessly and sometimes so miserably that being born as a human does no good to the world or so to say not even to oneself.
NK’s Vision ‘n’ Mission had a very humble beginning to fulfil the social cause of imparting knowledge and awareness among the masses so that they could realize their potential and live a better life but soon it became a word of mouth and made its way to the corporate sector and educational institutes too.

Neeraj Kumar is an enthusiastic and energetic trainer. He has the potential of taking the target audience to next level of thinking and thus bring about a long lasting change in their lives. The desirable opportunities to work on extremely challenging projects have refined his capabilities of envisaging, designing and delivering end-to-end learning solutions
Mrs. Kalpana Arora [ Co-Founder ]
Mrs. Kalpana is a passionate and dedicated educationist and social worker. She started her career as a teacher and reached to the post of Principal in her 20 years of being an educationist. She took voluntary retirement to serve the people in her own capacity and became the Co-Founder of NK's Vision N Mission.
